I was in line at Nauti Donuts in Ocean City, NJ when I received a call from Jessica about her sentimental silver necklace with a cow charm and her white gold diamond ring. She and her boyfriend Chris were on the beach the day before and put the jewelry in the pouch of their beach chair. When they got home and unpacked, it wasn’t there. I met Chris at the entrance 10 minutes later and turned on the metal detector. Thankfully, within 20 minutes both the necklace and gold ring were pulled from the sand. The great vacation can continue in Ocean City, NJ.
